What are we looking for?

We’re looking to add a talented Director of Social Media to our growing Marketing Agency, conveniently located in the heart of the creative arts district in downtown Greenville, SC. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining multiple social media accounts from initial concept to completion.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community around our brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively recommend new strategies to enhance our social media efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in social media management, preferably with high-end brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies
  • Proficient in using and setting up social media management tools and analytics in Hubspot
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
